I was very impressed with Linda's professionalism, knowledge of the local area and real estate market, savvy advice, honesty, attention to detail, and strong, positive relationships with others in her profession. I also enjoyed Linda's friendly, easygoing, optimistic personality, and "unflappability" whenever something unexpected occurred (which was not often!). I was very pleased with the staging and presentation of my property. Because I was relocating out of state before the closing date for the sale of my house, I had to rely on Linda to arrange and manage contractor visits and other final details after I left. She took care of everything, up to and after the closing. I would highly recommend her.Less

There are no words that could adequately express my gratitude for what Linda has done. Firstly, she’s very reachable, at whatever time of the day/night, via phone or text or email. Secondly, not only she understood our needs and helped us buying a (single-family) home, she worked extra hard to sell our old house (two-family dwelling). She gave great inputs on what kind of improvements needed vs what was not vital. She has a great taste in terms of interior design and staged the house so beautifully, and I’m sure it was physically challenging to go up and down the stairs between the two units. She works with a great photographer and is well-connected to other agents. We got an offer within a couple of days the house went on the market. She then helped us meeting buyer’s requests (post-inspection items) - she knows many contractors, who gave us good prices, and was on top of things. Lastly, she was more than just an agent. She handled the sensitive situation with the house (being a two-family and had a resident living in one unit) professionally and smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

She came in and assessed the situation, and had a painter there within an hour to make recommendations. She went far beyond what I might reasonably have expected, and more-than-earned every penny of her commission. We had an agreement of sale within 11 days of listing.
